"Room mini fridge is turned off after 2 hours"

This hotel is trying so much to reduce expenses, so much that it turns OFF the room mini refrigerator after 2 hours. Nobody told us about it, till we noticed that the stored food was not cool. We asked front desk about it but got no explanation. See photo inside the mini fridge.
