On-site parking was nice, but that was about the only thing. Staff wasn’t super friendly, and when we arrived our bathtub was full of water. Our room was adjoining to another which was disappointing. The adjoining room occupant blared music until after 2am. We called the front desk asking them to take care of the problem and got an attitude from the staff member working the desk. It was 45 minutes when the music finally stopped. We won’t be staying here again.

I am frustrated by people feeling they can rip me off and blame COVID. The website said 20.00 valet parking, upon arrival I found out no valet parking and it was still 20.00 to park even though there was a sign on the parking lot gatehouse that said 10.00. I complained to the host and he said sorry, it’s still 20.00

"Not enough bang for buck"

For the price, this was an underwhelming stay. I frequent Detroit and only stayed here because it was a host hotel for an event with close friends. For these rooms to be as expensive as they are with no microwave or refrigerator is less than stellar. I can't say I would stay here again despite its historical significance. Too many little inconveniences that added up.

The heat did not work was on 90 blowing out cold air had to leave and book another hotel after paying 130 trying to get a refund

"Don't Do It!!"

this hotel needs serious updating. They claimed it to be a boutique hotel instead it was a hole in the wall. The rate was about $150/night. Complete robbery. I walked in room 211 and thought I stepped into yr 1945. It is unacceptable and the chain should be embarrassed.
