Hotel St. Regis

When I came in to check in the guy at the front desk told me to wait until he finished his paperwork and made a couple phone calls before attending to me! Extremely rude!!! Then made made made me go move my car and come back in to check in! Finally got checked in asked if there was anyone who would deliver there and he said look it up on my phone! Upon checking out he had to inspect our room so he told me to go load my car with luggage and I did and came back he was still at the desk cleaning it and said oh I’ll go check your room in a couple minutes just wait!! Extremely rude again!! Overall not impressed at all!!!

I liked the location and the general ambience of the hotel. The room accommodations were simple but comfortable. The only downside was there was some construction going on outside and I was hoping to sleep a bit later.

Clean hotel, nice staff. Not happy about having to pay for parking.

No microwave or refrigerator in the rooms!

It is a beautiful facility

We were very disappointed in our stay. There was suppose to be dining and a bar. They were apparently redoing the hotel, so no dining. We had to pay for parking which surprised us. The room had no tissues, only a very small waste can. It sure was not worth the price we paid. The only thing it had going for it, was it was near the train station.

Check in was a terrible experience. I was told the system was down come back in a few hours. They then proceeded to check the person behind me in. The lobby was lovely though. The room smelled terrible, the bathroom was gross, the beds were very uncomfortable and one pillow only! They were going to bring more but never did. The room had zero decorations and didn't even have a trash can in the room to toss items! But... It was cool that the window opened for fresh air. It made the room breathable at least! I would not recommend, would not stay again... Spend the extra $100 and stay at one of the casinos! The

Not very clean, no amenities whatsoever and the walls are paper-thin. Won't be back here, next time I'm in town.

The front desk was nice and the whole way is clean but thats about it. The room we stayed, the AC doesnt get colder, the sink was clogged, and the toilet flasher is so slow. You need to flash it 3x to get down.

Will never stay at that hotel again. Ac in my room didn’t work. The windows wouldn’t close. Heard all the noise outside all night. The bathroom was nasty!
