Hotel St. Regis

I wish there had been a fridge. The air-conditioning wouldn't shut off. We tried turning the heat on instead and the thermostat would say we had but the unit continued blowing cold air. Then we tried turning off the entire unit and that didn't work either.

Don’t trick people by putting photos of only renovated rooms when the majority of your rooms aren’t. The opposite of luxury hotel. Additionally, if you are hosting a funeral / memorial, don’t keep the flowers up days after as decoration.

Liked that 2 queen beds were available in the room

Skeleton staff and care was closed. No breakfast available.

The room was okay but the air conditioner didn't work. The stay was very hot, the staff didn't make any accommodations.

( )Beautiful structure/bones,Location=safe and convenient parking, easy access to highways and many nearby points of interest:Mexican barrio, Belle Isle, Institute of Arts,Tiger Stadium, all staff pleasant and efficient in helping.(-)Limited choice of available rooms, a tad 'pricey',no room cleaning due to pandemic, extra charge for onsite parking.

No housekeeping services.. bedding needs to be replaced washed but spotted.

Under construction. No restaurants or food services. Lots of banging.

First, let me say that my stay wasn't bad. I will give a heads up that the hotel is going under renovations and for the prestigousness of the hotel there basic rooms aren't great but if you upgrade its worth it. I had the pleasure of meeting the hotels q

Wish the individual rooms could control AC, temperature was a bit warm. Some odd noises real early in the morning, but just chalked that up to it being an older building.
