Hotel St. Regis

A beautiful building, but.. no fridge or microwave, I knew that in advance but I figured they would have ice for my husbands insulin..no ice machines. $20.00 for self parking, website says $20.00 for valet. I get valet is closed but sign said $10.00 for self park. restaurant and bar closed.

The service was terrible no ice machine room was dirty and no one wanted to move us to a better room the front desk attendant was rude their was hair in the bathroom and on the bed. It was plain not worth it for the money I paid. You could literally hear people cussing from outside on the street

We had a great stay. The room was directly off of the elevator on the 3rd floor. The staff were all wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location was great as well. The only negative was the restaurant was temporarily closed. They are remodeling and updating it...totally understandable.

This was the absolute worst stay I have ever had. I let them know I had a wedding the next day and myself and my wedding party would be staying at the hotel. I paid for parking included in my stay and they told me after the fact they would charge me for every car that pulled into the parking lot and was related to my stay or wedding party. The hotel rooms were lack luster. They did not even have a refrigerator or microwave in them and they do not look like the pictures at all. Our air did not work. We had our air settings on the lowest setting tried “on” and “auto” but still did not work. They had maintenance come and fix it but it was never fixed. I paid over $500 for both of my rooms and deposits and was throughly disappointed. when we went downstairs to talk to Sal the front desk receptionist he was very rude. He told us he was the manager and it was no one else we could speak with and continued to be rude to us. He even argued with my sister in law. Over all I will never stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone as well. Poor customer service, no luxury, over all terrible. We did not even stay our second night THATS how bad it was. 0/10 would recommend.

The room was very clean and nice but I did not get a room with two beds like I asked and booked for. The lady at the front desk said their weren't any available after she just have me a room with one bed. I didn't know until I got to the room. We had to squeeze in one bed. She had just charged us for parking without letting us know it cost. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. I love how they don't have carpet on the room floors. Experience was nice we just needed at least two beds. Online checkout time says 12pm but the hotel said it was 11am.

Checking in the credit card machine didn’t work, luckily the host was also a financial advisor and was able to let me know my credit cards were no good. Quaint minimalist rooms are pretty hip these days, so we didn’t mind that the only amenity was a half shot of shampoo strategically placed on the other side of the bathroom from the shower. You can tell people loved their stay by the film of dirt and booze on the floor as well as the other guests yelling and screaming all night long through the hallways. Even though I’ve had better sleep in a ravine, the extra springyness of the classic antique mattress offers fun and excitement as any time you move a limb, the bed will wake up your partner to let them know. Anyways, whomever is running this dump has completely lost the plot. They should be ashamed. Should have just got a room at the Normandy for $20.

Sales team and onsite staff were not on the same page. Rooms sold to me and my team were not the ones we stayed in. Rooms were not cleaned or tidy at all. When we brought it to the staff they told us we'd have to wait until they morning but the rooms we actually paid for were under renovation. We checked out after night 1 of what supposed to be a 4 night stay.

The inside of the hotel didn’t look bright like the pictures online. The room could have used some decor. Too plain for my taste. Windows didn’t appear clean. It was a bit dusty in the room. Also, the other tenants were loud after midnight. There were police officers in the hallway in the morning. Did not get a good rest.

From the moment I entered the property I had regret booking there. The front desk rep began by complaining how he couldn’t find help because of the unemployment boost by the government. Then advised me that parking would be $20 per day. When I explained to him I’d take a moment to make that decision he told me he could try and make sure they didn’t tow my vehicle right then but anytime after that they could potentially tow it. I had been there FIVE MINUTES. There was one roll of toilet paper in the room. I booked a single king room the rep provided me with double beds. When I went downstairs to have the mistake corrected rep advised me that it’s at the discretion of the hotel. Yet failed to inform me before I went to my room. This property failed to deliver on every level possible and I won’t ever stay there again. Went to the Marriott and received an awesome room for $30 cheaper a night
