Location was close to family Breakfast was good. One of the staff located my shoes I'd left behind.

I was disappointed that Booking.com did NOT tell me about the $75 pet fee in addition to my reservation overnight. The Hotel also did not clarify that - so I first heard about it at 11:30 at night when I had a long day and was checking in. I think that reflects poorly on both parties. Hallway rugs are stained/dirty. There should be a marked area for dogs.

The location

It was dirty and very out dated- shower had gross yuk around edges, carpeting smells- the lady that checked us in and out (same person) was simply rude and not very nice-

"Don’t make a waffle 3 mins early"

Absolutely terrible experience. Checked in late but absolutely NO ONE was at the front. We rang the bell 3 times and called 7 NO ONE. My boyfriend literally had to knock on the women’s lobby bathroom bc the worker was listening to a video on full blast and couldn’t hear us. Comes out, does not apologize, and tells us there is always someone out here if we need them. INSANE. Then we find a dirty room with a huge clump of hair on the shower. Awful service awful room. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!
