"comfy beds and pillows."

comfy bed and decent food choices. the guy at the front desk late night was so nice and even asked us if we want our bottled water chilled or room temp. for all that they get four stars (not at all compared to a four star hotel by any stretch). I suggest replacing the hallway carpet. it’s a very bad first impression. stains everywhere and gross. rooms are small and dated but for the price no biggie. Not bad for a cheat hotel on route to Purdue from Ohare airport.

Absolutely awful. Staff was rude and not helpful. We had no heat in our room and they refused to give us a different room. They also refused to give us extra blankets. DO NOT STAY HERE

It was someone else’s underwear left behind one of the dressers when you walk in the room .

"Not a great experience"

The front desk staff was rude when I checked in. She was sighing when I asked for toothpaste. The elevators weren't working. The room smelled weird and was not clean.
