"Okay , wont prefer again."

Location was good.

TV was not working. Hygiene was okay kind of . Also limited options for breakfast. Boiled eggs were smelling so bad.

"Except for no elevator, the stay was okay."

The room was clean and breakfast was good

The elevator was broken and I was on the 2nd floor with heavy bags. No offer to help either the bags. I am 85 and not happy. Apparently elevator was out for some time.

My two children and I stayed here for a family event. The building was dirty, elevator was broken, the sheets had little hairs on them, there were used dirty socks in the room when we got there. It was not the best experience.

It was convenient of where I needed to be

Elevator was down apparently for quite some time - air conditioner conditioning did work and the room smelled bad-like mold- bed was not comfortable- pillows were flat - and the sheets were rough-and the tv kept shutting off every 15 minutes- I did not get a good night sleep at all

Elevator was not working. Hallway carpets were dirty and stained. Room floor did not appear to have been cleaned. Reception desk was often vacant and slow to respond. Garbage on room floor under the bed. Will not stay again. Hampton was our preferred hotel. In the past 4 years, we have limited our stays due to issues with the brand. Decided to give this one a chance. The brand seems to have slipped and we will not be staying at any Hampton Inn hotel again.

"Excellent"

It was nice and quiet I could have a good night's sleep, the bed was comfortable and the pillows as well, and the bathroom was nice...Location is great next to the highway and you can't hear any noise from it. Windows can be opened for the fresh air (they have a net on it). Coffee is bold and good. No strange smells. There is a nice little gazebo surrounded by nice flowers where I had morning coffee enjoying the sun.

Like others said as well the only thing that bothers me is the carpet that needs deep cleaning or replacement...

Shower drain plugged. Elevator is out or order. Hole in wall behind the door. Hallway carpet is very dirty. No tv in breakfast area.Gym has a very bad odor. Pool was nice. Breakfast was ok. Ashtray by the side door full . Garbage by front door full.
