"Excellent"

Restaurant was good and convenient. Hotel staff was great. What I didn’t like is that it took too long to get hot water up to the seventh floor and dishes from room service laid outside a door for at least three days, before they were taken away!!

The hotel was convenient for my business meeting. It is dated. The carpeting is old and stained. Bed was comfortable. Hotel staff pleasant.

HVAC is controlled by hotel, we weren’t able to keep the room comfortable. Linens smelled “musky” or even dirty.

Like: friendly staff. Delicious steak dinner and margaritas. Dislike: Pool was unexpectedly closed. It did reopen but by that time we decided not to swim.

Weve bern visiting Francisco Grande since 2003 In spite of seeing a few signs of aging, its a wonderful getaway out in the desert. Always good food in the Duke Lounqe, & awesome servers. Love the feel of days long gone.

Room was clean and comfortable but the whole resort reminded me of an aging movie star past her prime. Lobby was so-so and I was so disappointed to come out of the elevator on the 6th floor to cement and an outside entrance to the room. Would rather have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express.
