Baymont by Wyndham Fort Collins

It was on sale but still way overpriced. They wouldnt give me a receipt, i had to go back 3 times to even sign in, no parking, and had no toilet paper, as in zero rolls available and none in my bathroom. They had to take it from the employee bathroom for us.

The staff was hardly ever at the front desk. On multiple occasions other guests knocked on our door between the hours of 10pm - 4 am because they were confused on which room was theirs. The staff was unavailable when I attempted to make a complaint about this. I will not be staying here again.

I was attempting to contact the property ahead of time and no one answered. When I arrived at my check in time (3:30pm) I was not welcomed by anyone working the front desk. The property looked abandoned and I had to wait a significant amount of time for someone to arrive and check me in.

Cops constantly. Elevator not working. Hard to find staff at front desk. Questonable people at front door

The staff here is extremely profecient in customer service and the rooms are clean and accommodating without burning a hole in your pocket

Showed up at 2 for a 530 football game in Ft collins. They had a strict 3pm check in policy. Once 3pm arrived, there was a long line. 15 minuites later we get checked in and there was onlt 1 BR even though I reserved a 2BR on Expedia/Hotels.com. The propoerty was sold out as were all the near by proporties. Expedia/Hotels.com do not have a phone number to call and we were late. I had to secure additional lodging after the game at 9pm. Finally found a virtual agent on the app (not intuitive at all) and after another 20 mintues on hold they offered me $25 for a $170 reservation. I did not take it Zero stars for Expedia.

No ac carpets floor very dirty bugs got bit in my leg by multiple bugs tv didnt work till they got a new cord the lamps didnt work staff were all druggies but manager

It was reasonably priced. The rooms were available on a busy college football weekend. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was decent. The beds need upgrading. The bathroom was clean and had generous personal care products. It seemed to be clean. The area seemed safe, even with the interstate nearby.

Unfortunately when I arrived the woman working told me that the room I booked wasn’t available but let me know I could call who I booked with and get a refund. She assured me that I would not be charged. I ended up having to book another hotel that night. I have been in contact with both Expedia and the hotel and have yet to be issued a refund. I don’t recommend booking here. I stayed at another Baymont hotel in Rawlins and they were great. This one just wasn’t it. Pretty frustrating still trying to get a refund for their mistake.
