Front desk was horrible place should be shut down. The staff was on drugs

The staff is very nice, but they are trying to deal with a run down property. My room had numerous issues. Elevator doesn't work and my room was on the third floor. Need to close this down and do a complete renovation.

This is a functional hotel for a functional price (and there’s nothing wrong with that!). I was stuck in a snowstorm, not looking for a luxury vacation. The room was comfortable and I appreciated the microwave and fridge because i had food with me. The coffee was good but the rest of the breakfast was marginal. Like I said, it’s a functional place. The staff people were very nice.

Not worth the money they're charging. The staff does not dress, act, and talk professionally. They don't care about dissatisfied customers. They manager is impossible to get ahold of. The check in time says as early as 6am but is wrong and they haven't bothered to fix it. The place is worn down and trashy. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere better.

Staff was very unorganized. Lots of noise. I expected more from a hotel from this company. Homeless people about and even though it was pet free I seen atleast one large dog.

Just a basic hotel. Nothing fancy. Surrounding area not nice.

The property is very nice looks newly remodeled? But the breakfast area is very small!!

Very wonderful and friendly staff, well established hotel

Hotel is not in a good area. Lots of homeless people hanging around hotel even inside. Front desk people are actually behind plexiglass. Tv dis not have remote and when I went down to front desk she apologized and gave me a new remote but it did not work.

The property had a lot of issues and we didn’t have power for 1/2 our stay
