Baymont by Wyndham Fort Collins

I rented a room through Hotels.com and the Baymont could not find my reservation and then charged me for the stay.

Absolutely disgusting!

Exactly what I would expect for a 2-star hotel. Friendly staff, but a low quality room. Bedding and towels were clean, but the rest of the room was less than desirable. It served the purpose for one night. I wouldn’t stay longer.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I have never walked out of a hotel in my life, this was a first. We should have had a clue when then staff member who checked us in repeatedly apologized to us. We were not sure exactly sure what she was apologizing for and then we starting walking down the hall toward our room. It was dark and dirty, smelled like old cigarettes and new weed. When we got into our room, it just got worse. I bravely took off my shoes, and immediately regretted my decision. The carpet was soiled, with what, I do not want to know. Not only was the hotel disgusting, it did not feel safe at all. There were several shady characters lurking in the parking lot, giving off the rent a room for an hour vibe. Wyndham, do Fort Collins a favor and either shut this place down or turn into into the haunted house that it is.

The air conditioner had mold in them, the floors were stained and gross, the towels were stained, and the bathrooms were not clean. It smelled like marijuana and smoke, and the elevator was out of order. This is not a safe place to stay at there were prostitutes and intoxicated people in and around the hotel. Overall I would not recommend staying here.

Very clean, great looking room and comfortable

We were greeted by a bedbug less than 15 minutes after checking in, so we didn't stick around to see if the bed was as heavenly as the last Wyndham property we enjoyed. The property was presentable enough, the staff was professional enough, but the refund of only $50 was not enough. One of the beds had a rip in the fitted sheet and we were left wondering why the key card we received had two hole punches in it.

I found a great price on Expedia, and the staff was nice. The room quality was better than I thought for what I paid and were lenient on late check out. I'd recommend this one.
