"Bellissimo"

La struttura ha un’ottima posizione direttamente sul mare, il che consente un soggiorno di vero relax. Comoda anche la vicinanza con l’aeroporto. Il cibo buono. Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile, in particolare Sarah della reception è stata sempre presente e disponibile per qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Torneremo sicuramente!

"Great service and good location,interiors could do with a revamp"

The location was excellent, and the staff were truly outstanding. The service was first class, attentive and professional throughout. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and everything was kept very clean.

Inside the room, it did not feel very cosy and the interiors would benefit from a refresh. On one day during my stay, the shower only ran cold, which was quite inconvenient. There was also no lift, which may be a challenge for some guests.

"Had a lovely stay here"

Lovely hotel, great location, sunbeds on the beach were our favourite as mattresses were extra thick and look brand new. Essam and Ahmed from the restaurant are superheroes and will assist with anything, I have a lactose intolerance and they were both exceptionally attentive. It seems majority of hotel guests are Russians and let’s just say they need to learn manners, on several occasions we witnessed them behaving in a negative way..

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The overall cleanliness, service quality, and atmosphere were all excellent. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mahmoud Ali at the reception. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and helpful approach truly made our stay much more enjoyable. He is a great asset to the hotel, and we really appreciate his outstanding service.
