Bonne nourriture, malgré le fait que le restaurant et une grande partie de l’hôtel soient en travaux. Personnel très sympathique. Possibilité de faire du snorkeling directement depuis la plage. La piscine centrale du resort est chauffée, ce qui est très agréable.

Comme souvent dans les grands hôtels, on remarque malheureusement des accumulations de déchets en périphérie de l’établissement, et même à l’arrière, dans des zones moins visibles des touristes. C’est vraiment dommage. La salle de bain n'est pas super bien équipée, mais fait le job.

A 4 star hotel offering a 5 star experience. My husband and I booked 5 nights and enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend an extra night. The staff are very friendly, professional and very very inviting towards their guests. This extends throughout the hotel from the reception staff, housekeeping, waiters and chefs. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is on the beach with ample dinners and plenty of space for privacy should you want it. One of my favourite things about this hotel is the food which I would class as outstanding, and I don’t say that easily given that I am such a fussy eater. I could not fault it. Plenty of variety on the buffet - and the best quality. Excellent pepper steak and potatoes dauphonoise, along with much much more. The head chef was very attentive to people’s needs and was always out (along with the other chefs) in the restaurants to meet and greet with their guests. A lot of attention to detail. Thank you for an amazing stay and we will certainly be back!

La salle de.sport, le restaurant varié, le personnel sympathique et accueillant, la propreté des chambres.

Les chambres sont vieilles et pas très spacieuses comparé aux photos. Les activités n'étaient pas clairement affichées ou bien l'affichage pas à jour. Le salon de massage n'est pas à la hauteur d'un établissement 4 étoiles, les filles sont adorables mais pas bien formées et les prix sont à la tête du client.

Where shall I start over all it was a 7 star service. All staff members - I mean all - are the best I have ever encountered I am a regular traveller and a Accor Dimond member. From reception staff to restraunt staff to lifeguards to cleaners are full of warmth and smile and make your stay in this 4 star hotel 7 star. I had to write names down to share I have never done this before just to name a few Omar Hasan Abdullah Essam Sarah Basant Ahmad Head chef I have made friends for life thankyou so so much I never encountered anyone who was moody having a day off etc all staff are so professional. Thank you so so much you truly are superstars. And above all is my dear friend Hassan from the outside hut near the pool a man of great integrity and love, he made my family stay so wonderful. I made time just to meet him each day as it made my day. He and the chef Ahmad made sure my son who has dietary needs (Gluten free diet)was catered for everyday during the day near the pool. My son also had a chef walk him through the restaurant each day making sure he knew what he could eat and fulfilled his request if he wanted something not on the menu. I have stayed at Raffles,pullman, movinpick and sofitel but for service from staff this was far the best. Now in regards to the hotel it is alittle tierd and needs some TLC but it looks like it is under renovation and soon will be a movinpick hotel. The whole resort is good with good facilities what you would expect from a 4 star but like I said the service makes up for the shortcomings. Cleaning could be alittle more thorough and not just a quick wipe down at times it seemed that is what was hapenning. Also bed sheet should be changed every 3 days at least. Food overall is of good quality and a good variety for breakfast l, Lunch and Dinner. Fish dishes, shushi is amazing. Tout était tres bien, tout le personnel est sympathique et attentionné mention particulière à Sarah à la réception qui a été très professionnelle et efficace. Chambre tres agréable.
