Mercure Hurghada Hotel

F&B: Glass types change frequently, and they mostly serve drinks in cardboard cups.

F&B: Barlarda standart yoktu. Her içki her tür bardakla servis ediliyordu.

The location was excellent, and the staff were truly outstanding. The service was first class, attentive and professional throughout. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and everything was kept very clean.

Inside the room, it did not feel very cosy and the interiors would benefit from a refresh. On one day during my stay, the shower only ran cold, which was quite inconvenient. There was also no lift, which may be a challenge for some guests.

Lovely hotel, great location, sunbeds on the beach were our favourite as mattresses were extra thick and look brand new. Essam and Ahmed from the restaurant are superheroes and will assist with anything, I have a lactose intolerance and they were both exceptionally attentive. It seems majority of hotel guests are Russians and let’s just say they need to learn manners, on several occasions we witnessed them behaving in a negative way..

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The overall cleanliness, service quality, and atmosphere were all excellent. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mahmoud Ali at the reception. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and helpful approach truly made our stay much more enjoyable. He is a great asset to the hotel, and we really appreciate his outstanding service. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful experience.

Le personnel est au petit soin, merci à Sarah à l’accueil qui a facilité notre séjour 🤩 Le buffet est bien fourni avec un très large choix de nourriture différente et excellente. Le programme all inclusive vaut largement le coup. La plage privé est très agréable, et l’hôtel est idéalement situé à Hurghada. Bref nous avons adoré notre séjour au Mercure et y reviendrons sans hésiter si nous revenons à Hurghada

Nous avons mis un 9 et pas 10 à cause de l’insonorisation des chambres. On entend les voisins, les nôtres parlaient fort et, et nous ont réveillé à plusieurs reprises en pleine nuit. À part ça rien à redire

It was a great pleasure to spend this week here at Mercure Hurghada with you, its gave us unforgetable memories. We been really satisfied with the service, every one was helpful, we really valued that we got a very nice sea view room, thank you Martha for your kindness. The food in the Restaurant was excellent too, had wide variety of choices, we really liked the local taches of meals (falafel, the local bread, etc.) The garden is amazing, really beautiful. The only improovement could be is regarding of the cleanliness. We deffinitly will offer your Hotel for our family and friends, and we also would like to return back hopefully soon.

Superlage mit sehr freundlichem Personal,

Wir haben einen Schnorchelausflug mit einem Motorboot gebucht . Der Seegang war an dem Tag stark und es war sehr windig. Wir ankerten an einem Riff nach einer halben Stunde Fahrtzeit . Das Boot schaukelte mächtig so dass es nicht ungefährlich war über die Badeleiter wieder an Bord zu kommen ohne verletzt zu werden . Außerdem war ein Paar an Bord mit dem ein Tauchlehrer einen Tauchgang gemacht hat , welches deren erster überhaupt mit Flasche war …. Ohne vorheriges Anlernen im Pool oder im Flachwasser . Beide hatten extreme Probleme mit der Ausrüstung wieder an Bord zu kommen. Getränke die versprochen waren wurden nicht ausgegeben . Zurück am Hotelstrand mussten wir bei extrem Seegang ins Beiboot … extreme Aktion!!!….und wurden an den Strand gefahren … Schuhe mussten wir an Bord lassen und haben sie an der Station später abgeholt . Das Boot ankerte dann am Strand, da es nicht an die Anlegestelle fahren konnte ohne beschwingt zu werden. Kurz gessgt… der Veranstalter hätte den Ausflug absagen müssen wegen Gefährdung .
