Had to move rooms, our sink flooded. My friends room was dirty and my aunts room had to be changed due to her toilet leaking.

It was clean and staff was nice.

Location was great

Staff lacked hospitality. One guy seemed to be overworked and was rude to some of our party. There was a ceiling light hanging out of my brother’s room. They weren’t utilizing the computer so they couldn’t keep track of what rooms were booked. They turned multiple people away because they were “overbooked” but were able to make it work for some people.

The pool was cold was suppose to be heated and the hot tub was dirty and it wasn’t hardly no breakfast put out and you had to go get your clean towels ,toilet paper and soap

The only thing positive about the hotel was the lone employee, Andrew. He was very nice and attempting to do everything he could.

The first issue was that the room we booked apparently didn’t exist. The room was to have 4 beds. All they had was a room with 2 beds, a NASTY filthy foldout and a disgusting torn cot that was brought to us. No reimbursement for the lesser room. The room was so dirty. The foldout mattress was stain covered. Andrew offered to bring us a mattress pad to cover it but that too was stained so we folded it all back up. It was absolutely disgusting. Someone’s finger or toenail clipping on the table by the foldout. (I have plenty more pics) The curtains were even nasty and NO HOT WATER! 4 people including two teenage boys who couldn’t take a shower. The fact that I paid even $1 for this room infuriates me.

Nothing. Leaving. Nothing to like.

The entire hotel smells like cigarettes. Pool is green, hot tub is broken. Sheets were stained. Mattresses ripped open. Felt like you needed a tetanus shot just walking in. Security door latches were ripped off the doors. There was a swastika etched on the elevator wall for my kids to see. Disgusting hotel. Never got a refund for the 4 days I booked and paid for, drove 800 miles to show up in this dump. Looks a pay by the hour hotel.

Location is only good thing about this place

It is not worth the money, nobody at front desk and had to wait 20 mins for somebody to come to check us in, lamp didn’t work in the room, electrical outlets not working, no faceplates on electrical outlets, fireplace in room didn’t work, water barely even got warm enough to take a shower, all the ice machines were not working. It was a total waste of money and I would highly recommend going somewhere else

It was off the road enough that you didn’t hear the street noise, but close enough to the parkway that everything was assessable.

The indoor pool was not very nice.
