Breakfast could have lasted a little longer but it's ok hate that we missed it by 10 mins

The location

If I could give negative stars I would. This hotel is the worst I have ever been to. I was traveling with my daughter and 3 grandchildren so we had to have 3 beds - the main reason we booked this one. The hotel is nothing like the pictures. The pool is ice cold and green. The staff is extremely rude. The pullout sofa disguising (pictures below). We could not get towels even after asking 3 times so could not shower. We left after 2.5 hours after seeing that mattress and roaches! Please listen and go somewhere else!!!

The kids where not watches in the pool their mom and dad just let them run wild and their was trash setting every where

Breakfast was only out in small portions at a time . Nobody watched breakfast bar as they should.

Breakfast was not edible. The had runny watery eggs and a waffle machine that was always full and overflowing everywhere.

Everything. This place should say circus on the front door. Front desk was extremely rude and scatter brained. They didn’t have rooms for anyone and said booking.com overbooked them so they were going around knocking on doors to see if people were in rooms and then giving you a set of sheets to switch out the dirty stuff yourself without cleaning the rest of the room. They knocked on our door after we got in a room until midnight instead of using their system to mark which rooms were taken or not. There were no amenities in the rooms such as towels/toilet paper/soap. The rooms had water damage and furniture was falling apart and dirty. The pool was so cold with the windows open in the pool area no one could use it. We were downgraded from our original rooms price and never received a refund for the difference. We had 4 people and received a room with one queen bed instead of the 2 queens that we paid for. We got locked out of our room multiple times because their key card systems don’t work well, then you had to sit at the front desk forever waiting on someone who lived on site to come down and help you. Terrible experience the whole time. It was one thing after another.
