My initial room was never cleaned from the previous guests and I had to be given another. The room was not clean, bathroom wasn't clean and shower water control wasn't working priperly and terrible water pressure.

Bathrooms door was off the hinges, wifi didnt work, toilet wouldn't flush, overall condition was sub par.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in and have a complaint with Sevier County Environmental Health Department it was literally that bad!!! The mattresses are a health hazard as well as roaches running out of the wall outlet and blood stained sheets. I DID NOT stay here the full night that I paid for - I left after 2.5 hours due to the nastiness. I pre-paid $154 a night then was charged an additional fee when checking into the hotel first red flag. Went up to my room (604) and there were no towels so I went to the front desk. I waited for 15-20 minutes for someone to show up to ask for towels. I was told they would bring them to my room (they did not). My 3 grandchildren wanted to use the indoor, heated pool so we went down and I stopped at the front desk again asking for towels and they still did not have any. We went to the pool and it was green and ice cold. The kids did not swim - It was so nasty. I went upstairs to the room to get them ready for bed. Still no towels for showers and no sheets in the room for the pullout sofa. The sofa mattress was disguising (photos below) so back downstairs I go. I asked for a different room and was told no. I asked for a refund and was told no and was cussed at by the manager. I went back to the room and packed my things back up and we left. As we were walking out of the room, noticed literal roaches running in and out of the outlets. The staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all. Please do not use this hotel. It needs to be shut down!! Read the other reviews on this place and believe them!!!

Rooms had no AC did not work. All the oce machines did not work. The front desk staff got smart when kids asked for s pool towel pools was dirty it was all around a bad stay. Will not return for future stay.
