We had no air conditioning and the staff didn't care, we about died of heat in the room. Cockroachs was everywhere and crawling on us. The bathroom and bed was disgusting, the pool and hot tub was absolutely disgusting. No towels. The staff is very rude, AND said they dont care about ppl who reserve off websites like booking. Com...we ask for refund and they said it was booking. Com responsibility...it was absolutely the worst place ever stayed

The room was clean. Bed was comfy. Spacious. The young man at the front desk that was great. Very polite and helpful.

Pool inside was too cold to swim and could use some paint. Outside pool was not working. Location was not ideal but it worked out fine.

Very convenient to all locations, the room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I was bitten by bugs and had to go tho the er when I got home !!

Rooms were clean

The indoor pool was disgusting stagnant water no chlorine out door pool still had no water while reason for getting this hotel was for indoor pool due to the rain so we had something to do. The breakfast was gross luckily you could do just a bagel or make your own waffle the other stuff was bad and the juice is just water

Woke up to roaches crawling on the mirrors and walls. Room was not clean. Left as soon as we saw them.

Location and staff very helpful.

The pool was cloudy and cold. But good.
