Vista Suites Near Island and Leconte Convention Center

I would give this place a negative 0 rating if I could. IT HAS A BEDBUG INFESTATION and I will be reporting them to the local health department over their disgusting conditions!!!! On top of this we had to switch hotels and they are now lying to booking.com saying we stayed there even tho we booked another hotel on booking.com!!! It stinks so bad as well!!!! AVOID!!!!!

I hated this whole place with a passion and did not even stay 10 minutes!!!!! There were about 5 families gathered outside saying their rooms were infested with BED BUGS!!!!!!!!

Our room evidently hadn't been cleaned very well we found an empty soda bottle under one table and my grandson found an earring back on the floor. The pool water was freezing cold and the shower you had to really pull on the handle to turn on and let the water run for almost 15 minutes before it got warm

Dirty hot tub and pool’s don’t work the food was spoiled the beds were hard

The hot tub was disgusting. The room is checked into there was blood on the wall and in the carpet.

For the price I thought we were getting a really good deal. The staff seemed to try their best to their ability of what they were and weren’t aloud to fix.

We got in our first room we noticed it didn’t smell very clean and the fridge had old food in it and the air didn’t work. We let them know and left for awhile with our kids and when we came back we were told it was fixed but it was not. They did switch us to another room so we thought everything was good after that. We went to take our kids swimming and the hot tub was broke and the big pool was freezing. Like so cold even your body couldn’t get used to it after awhile. It turned all our kids lips purple. Later that night before bed the WiFi wouldn’t work, I asked the front desk and she said the WiFi just couldn’t handle all the people in the hotel using it and “good luck getting through the rest of the night with toddlers with no tv.” Now that we are home we all are sick and congested. Overall we got what we paid for thinking it was a good deal.

Very nice room, nice breakfast on certain days, the indoor pool was nice

The hot tub was broken, no breakfast every morning
