Bed bugs, roaches, elevator malfunction, dirt pool/spa, broken shower, broken sink, broken toilet, stains on all linen, trash from previous guests, unprofessionalism, refusal to refund my money

there was a issue with the bathroom not being clean but hostess moved us to clean room immediately

Attendant at breakfast was rude and pushy with guest and breakfast wasn't ready until almost 10am

The units in the rooms needed to be fixed. They didn’t barely cool. The lobby also was hot. The hot tub was broken. The sliding door for balcony in our room was broken. It wouldn’t lock so my little boy could’ve just went on the balcony without us even knowing while he was sleeping he could’ve got up on the balcony and he could’ve fell off the balcony, all he had to do was climb on the porch chairs so we had to switch rooms because of the sliding door that wouldn’t lock the first room didn’t barely cool it was hot the food was just heated in the microwave for the breakfast the bath tub never had a stopper I had to shove a towel to stop the water
