Room was awful, ac didn't work, leaky sinks, room view out the window was the roof with trash on it. The pools wasn't swimming able. They had nothing for breakfast that they said they would have. Dirty beds and dirty and stained sheets. Mini fridge didn't work. The whole building was hot. There was nobody downstairs to check out, had to call a number to check out. False advertisement nothing looked like what was on booking.

The location is convenient to Dollywood and other local attractions.

Booked a room that sleeps 5. We had 2 towels and 2 washcloths. I asked for extra and was told there wasn’t any. I had to ask for sheets and pillows for the pull out sofa. Breakfast was terrible. Cereal no milk, watered down gravy, bagels were hard. The outdoor pool is not open. The doors and walls are dirty. The bathtub had hair on the walls.

It had roaches air wasn’t great the pool was supposed to be heated and was nice cold and dirty the hot tub didn’t work and the rooms were very dirty

Nothing! It was a nightmare!

Bugs in the rooms, swimming pool was horrible, the shower was spraying water everywhere except for on you, had proper arrangement with the staff to check in at 12 noon instead of 4 pm and upon Arrival absolutely would not allow the pre arranged early check in. The manager, who seemed very strange and careless said there was no rooms available at the pre arranged time, however for the entirety of the stay we only saw 2 other people and not one single time did we see an employee of the hotel. I don’t think they have any employees. I think the “manager” (ago said he lives in the hotel) is the other employee there. Please, do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT STAY HERE!

Only thing I liked is the location!!!!

Breakfast needs to be better,the pool needs updated, the air in the rooms should be able to stay on instead turning off and on! The tv would come on but wouldn't connect to internet so we had no tv.smelled like drugs all up an down our hallway! Neighbor was very loud woke us up at 2am!
