L’emplacement, le calme de l’appartement, l’aménagement de l’appartement, la terrasse, tout était parfait.

Par contre, le propriétaire a débité 2 fois le montant de la location, dès la réservation ( 318€). Nous l’avons relancé, par téléphone, par mail. Nous avons saisi le service client de Booking. Toujours aucun remboursement, 5 mois après ce débit abusif !!!😡

Great location and a fantastic terrace. Kitchen also had everything we needed and the place was spacious with lots of natural light and great air conditioning

All of the admin around the actual stay was a headache. I suspect they outsource to an agency. Firstly we were double charged - this was rectified but not ideal. Then taking the €200 deposit was very unusual compared to other places I’ve stayed travelling around Europe as a couple. It took the full 14 days to return to my bank account and I had to chase it. Some of the amenities were also quite old (iron left a mark on clothes, chipped bowls/cookwear/tv etc.) - I normally would never complain but if you’re going to charge a deposit I’d expect it to be higher.

La ubicación en pleno centro, la cama es muy cómoda y el apartamento amplio y silencioso.

Bello avere l' attico, materasso comodo, ascensore molto utile visto che è al 4 piano.

Ci ho messo un po' ad entrare con la porta a codice la prima volta. Era pressoché pulito ma non come in altre strutture.

Location is great, very close to all the attractions. Good size apartment with a lift. Could be amazing if they fix up a few things, a bit of TLC required.

Hard to locate, needs better signs. Mould in skylight in the bathroom, hope we don't get sick from it. Lacking lights in bathroom. Stairs going up into the bathroom Outside balcony had a mouldy smell, and most of the furniture was so old you couldn't sit on it.

Situation géographique idéale pour les visites et sorties à toute heure à pied. Commerces alimentaires dans la rue. Proximité de la station bus pour l’aéroport Logement spacieux et propre Terrasse ensoleillée, bains de soleil appréciés

A revoir de manière constructive : Vaisselle de base minimaliste même quand on est seulement 2. Plaque à induction fonctionne de manière très aléatoire petits électroménagers mériteraient d’être vérifiés
