Room was a good value. Shower needs upgrading.

The food was awful. And while I was eating the cleaning lady was spraying aerosol cleaner on the table right next to me.

Continental breakfast but the food wasn’t too specular; staff working were very courteous and conscientious and made you feel welcome while eating breakfast. The room service personnel were also extremely helpful.

Definitely didn’t consider it a handicap-friendly room. Lost $7.00 in a broken dryer and wasn’t reimbursed. Having stayed there long term, washing clothes was a necessity. It was inconvenient to drive to another town where a public laundromat was located. Hotel is at a very busy intersection and could hear semi trucks air-breaking, car racing, and ambulance sirens every night. Definitely doesn’t carry the stigma of a Marriott Hotel, more like a Best Western. Overcharged and they won’t refund me the money. Desk personnel indifferent, not hospitable. Hallways were not very clean. On weekends children were allowed to run and race up and down the hallways.

Nice spread but pastries old and hard😫

I was told at Check in.. That pool was open.. We picked this p place mainly for that.. BUT it was closed.. Disappointing😡 told we COULD go next day.. STILL closed.
