Relax Inn Mineral Wells

Room was dirty with a unclean bath towel, bugs in light fixtures, a lock that didn’t work and curtains that did. It cover the sides of the windows. There was a odd smell in the room.

What a pleasant surprise. I chose it because of the low rate. I stay again because of the quality of the property and service. The pool was one of the finest I have enjoyed at any property at any price.

The staff was great. Was greeted when I drove into the parking lot. Getting my room was quick n easy. Told about all the amenities there n in town. The room was clean especially the bathroom. Refrigerator was already on n cold for stocking.

Hard to beat the price if you're traveling on a budget. Room was clean but needs renovation and updating.

Good service. Wanted a non-smoking room, but smoking was all they had.

I am very pleased with my stay at Knights Inn. The room, staff, and breakfast was excellent and pleasant.

This is an older motel, but it has been updated some. Could use some more updates. Sheets and towels were stained, but they were clean and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. They only leave one coffee pack which is about 2 cups worth.

Old hotel. Not refurbished in a long time. Service was good. No elevator.

I stayed at the knights Inn mineral wells for mothers day weekend with my family and we enjoyed our stay. the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. we were very much satisfied with our stay. i appreciate the management and staff for their service. Definitely will be back. A Good place to stay!!!
