Relax Inn Mineral Wells

We were exhausted and the staff was quick, friendly and efficient. We had picked the Knights Inn because if tge low cost and our expectations were really low. The great service at the front desk was so surprising and greatly appreciated

Has a new manager / owner now. Seems to be interested in doing some improvements to the property but isn't much of an early riser. Office / lobby / breakfast area didn't open till after 7AM and had to wait for coffee to brew.

Very pleasant owners. Recently purchased by them. Would definitely stay again

Had a wonderful stay, staff was great, loved the size of the pool, coffee pot in the room, the location is great, towels were warm, and got in and got a room early. Will stay here again, and referred our friends.

Under new management....clean. Pool was open and clean. Had one smoking room and one non-smoking. Both smelled fresh, smoking room didn't smell like a ashtray. Reasonable cost. Coffee in room, ice machine working and convenient. They also had area with rolls,cereal or waffles with coffee early in the mornings. Wifi available.

We had an excellent stay, the staff was very polite, no problems what so ever. We will definitely stay there again and refer our friends.

It was okay, the website only had us for 1 bed for 3 people. Changed our cost. Very accommodating. Door had trouble latching, our dog got out and was hit by a truck and died. Not a nice memory.

We celebrated our daughter birthday function here on June 2015. The meeting hall was big enough to accommodate 40 - 50 people. Neatly maintained. Good hospitality services. Liked the hall very much which satisfied our expectation at best. All the staffs are helpful. Overall our function went excellent. I would strongly recommend this place for all for their events.

Older amenities, but the staff are courteous and helpful. The rooms are solid 2 star motel rooms, but it's what I expected for the price. I wound up having to extend my trip and gladly extended my stay at this hotel rather than moving to another one.
