Relax Inn Mineral Wells

Spent another weekend here with the kids. Very clean, comfortable, quiet. Good continental breakfast. Overall excellent stay. Coffeemaker didn't work. Notified front desk, was promply fixed. Property is well lit and very well maintained.

Air conditioner didn't cool. Lights didn't work. Floor was sticky. Room was very outdated and dirty.

We like the motel because it was close to everything ! I liked that we got to park right in front of our room because it was raining hard!

I grew up in this town. Have family here and stay here several times a year. Staff is helpful. Rooms are clean and service excellent. In the Summer I usually call several hours ahead of time to make sure the AC is on in our room. No problem! Get there and the room is perfect. Management (lives on site) goes out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. I've stayed in several hotels in MW over the years and this is the place I ALWAYS stay now.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. The carpet in our room needs cleaned though.

Although the hotel was clean and the service was adequate, the overall condition of the hotel expired 10 years ago. The building structure is falling into disrepair and the exterior looks like a deserted building. Considering the price match to other comparable establishments with newer buildings, better services, and up to date linens, they are over priced and under booked.

we will stay here any time we are in the area.The room was nice and clean the staff was super they were helpful in getting anything we needed and very friendly the pool was very nice.I have stayed at many hotels in the last 2 yrs some higher end hotels but have not had the great service we recieved at the Knights Inn.I would recomend this place to anyone

This is a great hotel to stay at the breakfast is good the waffles are the best. The rooms are very clean. Are room was smoking and due to traveling with a infant the manger went out of his way to spray are room so there was not any smoke smell. The staff is really nice . My kids had so much fun swimming in the pool. Overall is a quite place to stay.

This was a work/family stay so, we were looking for comfort, fun, quiet and access to shopping, food, ect... Facility was clean, quiet, and family friendly. The entire stay was awesome! The owners and staff were communicable, helpful, and professional. If in the area, this is a must stay!

I like staying there. The location was really good. The service for the laundry was awesome.The rooms were clean and neat. The bathroom was clean and they change the bed sheets every day, I stayed. The parking was really clean and huge. My kids played in the parking lot in the evening. The rooms were nice and remodeled. The staff was very friendly and warm welcoming. I would recommend this motel to my friends and family. The service they provided was satisfying and excellent. I always get my room service on time. I will go to this motel whenever I am in the town.
