Did not know that the water park wasn’t included in our stay. Did not know the water park was closed on Tuesdays. The diner there is shut down. The rooms and amenities are old. The bathroom in our room was dirty. The workers acted like they didn’t even want to be there. At night they would shut the hotel down for the Jewish events. They would be screaming and honking horns even past midnight. We will NEVER be going back there.
Nasty dirty disgusting old. Ewww. We stayed literally 10 minutes. Staff was great. Place was the worst

Beds and pillows were so comfy! The room was stifling when we first arrived but the AC after it was turned on helped. We left shortly and coming back at night, the room was perfect. The hallways were slightly moldy smelling and can be creepy early morning or late night. That said, I would stay again for a night or two (not alone though - my imagination would get the best of me)
Our stay at this resort was horrendous. There was no AC in our room and they did not accommodate us properly. When we politely ask if they would be able to accommodate us due to there being no AC they said they would try, however it took 4 hours for us to receive a portable AC. We politely asked multiple times for fans due to our room being very hot. They said they had give it to us however later stated someone probably took it and were unable to provide one due to them already giving all out. And on top of it being really hot in our room the sofa beds were damaged upon arrival, the first night one of the beds broke after only a couple hours of sleeping and the other bed was moving a lot very unstable, the indoor water park which was the main reason why we came was mostly closed down only one waterside was working and one pool was open which was a very big inconvenience, the staff was not helpful they kept saying that they would try but nothing was certain
Did not appreciate checking in and not having keys to access our room for a day and a half . Bathroom toilet leaked everytime you flushed
The staff was really nice. The rooms weren’t nasty but they smelled musty. Everything overall was very outdated. I wouldn’t say that the pictures online are accurate to the way it actually was.
The place is very difficult everything is closed the people who work there are good workers but the hotel does not give him how to do his job, I could not use the pool, the restaurants and bar were closed.
the water park was the best part and blowing, but the pizza at the water park was not gg
