Clean room and front desk area but the room was damp feeling and the bedding also felt damp. We had blankets in the car so used them on top of bed and for covers.

The hotel had a nice breakfast and we enjoyed the outdoor seating to relax in the evening.

Pool was closed and staying 2 days could not use it

The staff was professional and friendly. The room was ver nice.

Nice enough place to stay. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the shower in the morning. This was not critical for just an over-night stay; but somewhat unpleasant that one could not shower.

Booked reservation online with Expedia..got To hotel and they couldn’t give me The room I had reserved..so then I was Downsized … breakfast was Horrible..not many options.. couldn’t keep it stocked..maybe short staffed..not sure

Did not like showing up just a little early and was presented with an early check-in fee. We walked out and came back later

If you are looking for a great place to stay, look somewhere else. This hotel was horrible from the hot tub not working, the pool closed in the morning due to the water being imbalanced (although they had hours to address this), and a very rude front desk manager. The manager was not only rude to many of us guests at the front desk, but was very unprofessional (rolling eyes, shrugging, making inconsiderate comments). I would never recommend this hotel and learned a valuable lesson, that if you have to stay near Cambridge, there are much better hotels down the road in Isanti.
