GrandStay Hotel & Suites

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They try to charge you $25 bucks for checking in less than an hour after 3pm. I had called to asked if the pool was working, and they said yes, but failed to mention that the hot tub wasn't. Found out that it hasn't worked in weeks. The next morning the pool was closed for very inadequate explanations (ie: I didn't have time, this isn't your poor, you're not the only wedding here...). The person in charge, manager, Bryanne, was so very rude to many people. I cannot explain how horrible this stay was. Again, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!

Hotel would not allow early check in by one hour unless pay $25 fee. Did not offer to hold luggage. Hot tub broken. Hair dryer in room broken. No elevator. Otherwise nice breakfast and warm pool.

The pool was unavailable the day we were there. That was the only disappointment

Overall the stay was fine however the children running and making noise until midnight and then again at 6am was ridiculous with nobody doing anything about it!

Easy to book and stay. No problems

pleasant staff, clean and well appointed rooms.

Rooms are always clean.

Pool was not open in the morning.
