GrandStay Hotel & Suites

Nice property, good for a quick trip.

Staff was very nice, quick check in. Room was clean but bathroom needed some updating with bad caulking etc. Pool was not open on Friday night until Saturday afternoon. That was a bummer because that is specifically why we chose the hotel. When we did get to swim the water was very cold and pool looked like it needed a good scrubbing.

Pool heater was broken and not told till check-in. Pool was freezing so it had to been down for a while. They could of at least called and told me after i booked online. Do better.

I loved this inn. They have such friendly staff. The rooms are clean and newly remodeled. Sleek and comfort and a must when staying in a hotel. The pool is nice and warm for being so cold outside. Amazingly hot hottub! Its so hard to find a hotel that actually keeps their pool and hottub HOT! I will be staying here again ! Breakfast area is nice and clean. The food is standard for a hotel breakfast but they have everything nice and fresh! A remote for the tv is left in the dining area so you can change the channel while eating breakfast if you'd like. Stay was good and staff was courteous. We were there for a wedding. Someone from the wedding told me they’d ask the front desk where I was staying since I didn’t want to tell him. The front desk told him which room I was in and he came knocking on my door at midnight. Thought it would be common sense for staff to not tell random people where guests are staying.

Our second stay, we would return.

I felt very comfortable with our stay. It was clean, the people were very kind.
