"Disappointing"

The property was filthy, every sheet was terribly stained. When I complained I was told that they’re clean just stained. The floor hasn’t had a vac in months. Nothing had been cleaned, it was disgustingly

Nothing.

I booked at the Red Roof Inn. Hotel had no vacancy signs on doors when I visited, no one at front desk and signs said to contact booking.com for a refund. Had to book somewhere else for the night. No one is answering any requests.

I was very disappointed in my stay. We did not even have towels or hand towels or washcloths. The shower curtain did not even fit correctly so water was all over the floor Just the overall appearance of the hotel was not good and very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness

I reserved two rooms I reserved and had confirmed on line were unavailable. The reason for the booking mix up did not make sense. Essentially I was told that Expedia does not have access to the number of rooms available,and ZI should have booked directly with the hotel.

There is no employees after 11 pm my husband and i got locked out of our room after our key card stopped working we were stuck in the lobby from 1130pm till 340am

Checked. Front desk person was extremely pleasant. Got to the room…… it was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. Went and got another room. While the beds were made, everything else was unclean. The shower was so dirty that we couldn’t bathe. The floors nasty and sticky and the linens were stained.
