Red Roof Inn & Suites Hermitage

Arrived around 6pm no one was there waited about a hour then they showed up with alcohol and checked us in went to dinner came back to relax there was no remote for the tv told at the desk they didn’t have one shower curtain would not stay closed because the curtain rod was falling off the wall. The dead bolt lock was broken so couldn’t lock the door. Will never stay there again

When arriving to the Red Roof Inn in Hermitage PA, there was no one at the desk, and a sign stating no vacancy and to contact the booking site. I called the number at the desk and when the women answer finally she literally said what? I proceed to clarify how can you give a room away that was booked? She rudely said that’s how it goes and hung up. Then when I did get in touch with the booking site due to having to find a new hotel and then waking up to my bank account being overdrawn as Red Roof Inn charged me. Terrible experience all around.

Absolutely nothing! Staff was nowhere to be found, someone entered our room in the morning, we booked a smoking room but were told it's bon smoking, however there were no less than 10 burn holes in our bedspread. No remote for the TV, microwave did not work and fridge also. The entire place smelled like weed. The staff was terrible. We did not feel safe. It felt like everyone staying there, worked there. It was a ghost town but there were signs saying no vacancy. Wtf! We should have a full refund! The one man that I believe lives there was constantly yelling and dropping F bombs!

Nothing. The whole building is infested with roaches. Im not talkjng babies either these were adult roaches. I do have 2 videoes. The matresses were do gross and gave ys sheets with pee stains on them. It was gross. Not to mention the employees. Last but not least my door did not lock, they knew thisbut said they had no other smoking rooms. Room 222 door just opens

Towels had been folded to hide filth. Shower was damaged, looked like for a long time. TV did not work, they could not even tell me when the cable last worked. Trying to get my money back.
