Kind staff, very accommodating. Shuttle usage is not consistent - only 50% reliable. Breakfast options are improving. My first 3 weeks of breakfast was OK, the options were the same. Newly hired head cook has made an immediate positive change, more fruits and variety offered at brkfst really makes a difference for extended stay guests.

"UNSAFE locks do not work and management does not care!"

Hotel locks do not work and they will not fix them. Lots of noisy ball teams at this hotel expect running up and down the halls at night. DO NOT expect ANY help from management. I was told he is too busy to talk to guest after nine phone calls. AVOID!!!!
