Hyatt Place Atlanta Alpharetta North Point Mall

Great staff altogether. Breakfast was great. My family and I had enough food to eat.

Nothing, I guess. We had no reason to regret our stay.

Loved the breakfast. The place was nice and the room was clean and spacious. My only issue was the bedding. They looked old and dirty.

The sink is outside the bathroom inside the room, the room service is every other day, poor breakfast, no microwave in the room, gym is joke, elevators are outdated and slow, no carpet on the floor, AC is old and noisy. Ants in the room wherever your food is.

Easy check-in and checkout, the room had a good amount of space.

There were a lot of bugs in my room, like ladybugs. There were a lot of people making noise as well, which made it hard to sleep on weekends
