"While the staff was kind and professional, the room was unsafe due to damaged flooring,"

I booked online through Booking.com, and when I arrived at the facility, I was greeted by Mrs. Tara. She was incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming, with such a warm personality. She took the time to explain how everything works and made me feel comfortable throughout the check-in process. I truly wanted to acknowledge her kindness and support. Thank you again—your help is greatly appreciated and certainly does not go unnoticed.

I would also like to report a serious safety concern regarding the condition of the room. The flooring was coming up, which caused me to trip several times during my stay. This made me extremely uncomfortable and concerned for my safety. This issue appears to have occurred during renovations, and in my opinion, the room should not have been booked or occupied under these conditions. Regardless of how many nights I stayed, this presented a clear safety hazard. I took photos of the flooring and informed the agent during check-out. I was told that management was already aware of the issue and that it occurred during renovations, yet no corrective action was taken. Knowing that management was aware and still allowed guests to stay in that room is very concerning. Due to the unsafe conditions of the room, I am formally requesting a full refund for my stay.
