Easy to find and check in. Helpful staff.

Stayed three nights at this Hotel/Motel. No Pool as advertised because of a major rebuild. Requesting guests to use the nearby lagoon. Restaurant Entrance through the building works. found a cockroach in the room. No drinking water bottles in the room. Need to fill up your own bottles from the gym ,which needs to be unlocked by the staff. No body wash, face wash, hand wash.Only shampoo. Dangerous iron building materials stored in the car park Very disappointed, considering cost of the stay. Ground Floor room just about acceptable. Does not recommend for stays while rebuilding.

The property is old but currently going through a rebuild. The prices are good for the rooms. Staff are great but no pool atm.

Amazing service! The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The room attendants as well. No problems staying there. Affordable and the rooms were more than expected! Will stay there again. Would definitely recommend to others.

This motel is very run down with paint and plaster pealing off . No locker or phone in the rooms. The internet is very poor all over . The breakfast is the same everyday. No change at all . Cockroaches spotted . The place is understaffed . Construction materials lying all over the. Not apt if on holiday. 😞

Breakfast was purchased through vouchers at reception for $20. The restaurant obviously not run by the hotel management. 8am breakfast was in bain maries but cold. Selection of food was quite good but bordering on dangerous forvthe hot foods. Tables had not been cleared, the lady started to clear as we left at 9am. Toilets were dirty. Do not recommend eating there.

Reception staff are always friends, lovely to see that the property is getting a well overdue upgrade.

For the price was expecting more than a cheap motel experience. Pool out of commission in the hottest time of the year … if I’d known that prior to booking I would’ve booked elsewhere. Rooms tired and window coverings had gaps so rooms did not feel private/safe. Location great but for the price it left a little to be desired.
