Ramada By Wyndham Cairns City Centre

Loved it, super cute room, location was excellent

The Ramada is a dated accomodation currently undergoing renovations to their pool. It’s not fancy, however, for its price it was a good stay. The rooms have very minimal in them, but that is to expect for how cheap the stay was. The gym at the accomodation was very nice. They had quality equipment and a nice area inside. The fire alarm did go off at 4:30am on our first night, I’m not sure why, but I am assuming that’s not a regular occurrence. Overall, for its price, the stay was comfortable and the staff were so welcoming and lovely. I would definitely recommend the Ramada for anyone looking for a budget friendly accomodation.

Great hotel The front desk lady was awesome both on check in and out The room was clean and comfortable There is some renovation going on so no swimming pool. But good value for money And rebooked for a couple of days time

The place unfortunately is a s**t hole. The hotel is very old and not up to a Ramada standard. Wooden blinds couldn’t keep much light out at all. Was greeted my 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. Room booked wasn’t available on check in so was downgraded (partially my fault due to a late reservation). The place needs to be gutted or demolished.

Great location. Reception staff very good. Shower taps and facetowel holder were loose. Milk carton open & half empty.

No hot water in the shower. Wooden louvres for windows, no curtains. Pool area a fenced off eyesore.

Construction to ealry in the morning

I cant believe we had to pay for this dump, it was like a construction site, very old and dirty but still charged us normal rates, never again

Good overnight stay before early flight

Hotel very tired needs complete refurbishment. No pool available due to renorvation. The only good thing about this hotel is the staff who were excellent. Noisy guests late at night and early morning. Shower in our bathroom was continually dripping and could not be completely turned off. We would have booked elswhere if we had known what the current state of the hotel was like
