Ramada By Wyndham Cairns City Centre

Dated, dirty and yuck. Not good at all. Rooms are dirty, lots of noise, old shutters let the light in. Really would never stay there again.

Would have been a grand old lady in its day- and I do think they are working on restoration work at present. It’s ok for an overnight stay whilst transiting and it’s very handy to resturaunts and shops. It’s just a bit tired and dated but the tarrif reflects that.

Good location. In desperate need of a good clean. Dated but dirty. Housekeeping hit and miss. Wet towels neatly folded and put back on the rails. Microwave , but, byo everything if you want to use it. No cutlery - one teaspoon - no crockery. Zero info in the room. Pool under construction but no workmen seen there in five days. Entrance to restaurant - in a word - disgraceful filthy mess. Past the leaking toilet - leaking out on to path. Again the same after five days. Unfortunately our stay was a pre paid package. Never again.

Parking, staff great, easy walking to esplanade, nice gym, restaurant attached.

Sad to see this hotel in decline. Mouldy walls, dead rat in the driveway, beds are hard, pool is out of action and most of the carpark is full of shipping containers and builders tools. Wouldn’t recommend

Was easy to find and check in, parking was simple. Room as described, shower great!

Good value for the mmoney, near to airport and other dinning locations. As well as near to the cruise area from where we went for great barrier reef. The property is good as well.

Good gym compared to other hotels in the area

The Ramada Cairns was very tired, did not even provide face washers.
