Upon arrival, Jesse was very pleasant and provided sincere service to explain the amenities the property offered. My arrival was late due to flight delays and she was very helpful and thorough albeit after midnite which was a lovely touch

When we got there half the property it was shut down. When we got into our room there was blood and pee stains on both beds. There was hair all in the bathroom and stains. And something red I don't know all over the rug. Then we go into another room that was available and the same thing was going on. Then later on we just went to another hotel and they still charged me for being there. I had to go through hoops to get my money back.

We got to this site and they were closed. A phone number was given to where our reservation was transferred. When we called the new resort, they said no reservation existed. No refund was given. Be very wary of this resort.

There was nothing unique about this property. Online they made the property looked so beautiful. When I got there the Maingate sign was missing. Room service did a horrible job in cleaning up. The rooms were not appealing. I would never recommend this place!!
