Shilo Inn Suites Ocean Shores

Needs alot of updates. Very cold in room as the front door was very drafty. The door was not insulated at all.

Basic are maintained, hot tub very old cracks, had a ocean view, window curtain & door handle broken, window seal has mold,dirt,deck chairs very dirty could not spend any time out there. 😠Roofline growing grass on top. Mattress was bad. It was basic the suite was nice. No restaurant no food for the last 5 years, Travelocity false advertisement.

None of the reviews I have seen note that this property is currently in bankruptcy. It shows. What appears to have once been a great property is declining rapidly. The (limited) hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the location is great. The onsite restaurant is closed and has been for a few years. They are cutting corners in annoying ways. I have stayed in Shilo Inns in the past and generally found them to be great. This one was OK, but expensive for the value provided.

Was okay for a few nights. Online it says restaurant in the building but it was closed down no room service. They won’t come into clean other than that it was an average stay for 3 nights

The view was nice

Old. Outdated. Mold in balcony window seal. No restaurant on site anymore. Disappointing. Used to stay there all the time.

Just needs a facelift. Spacious room, more like a suite, quiet, ocean view from the deck. Shopping within walking distance, staff was welcoming and friendly, a perfect place to rejuvenate a tired soul.

I rented this room for the view, but it's a problem when I had to go buy Windex and paper towels to clean the window and the glass in the door just to enjoy the view. I also had to defrost the mini fridge in the room because it was so iced over that the fridge wasn't keeping anything cold. We

Extremely limited services. Very basic cleanliness. Building just seemed sad & worn out.

Our room was dirty, TVs screens dirty, dust on all wood furniture, bathroom floor was dirty in corners, freezer In fridge was complete frozen over, windows dirty, water dripping from upper deck (was not raining), lobby broken, mismatched tile, no plastic ware for coffee area, elevator dirty with smudges, ice machine ran out of ice, restaurant and lounge closed, we were afraid to use hot tub because of the general condition of entire property. Luckily we used some of our Expedia points because this was not worth the posted price. Used to be a showcase resort, not anymore.
