"Great Family Golf Trip"

Came here for the US Kids Regional Championship. Marlene found us a room and helped us check in early with all the kids and supplies after a long drive. This hotel was the perfect place for a group event with kids. The pool with water slides, arcade, and kid-friendly dining was all awesome.

I booked for this resort and paid in full for 3 nights came to find out you get charged an extra 45 resort fee, 23 a night parking fee and a bunch of hidden fees... upon checkout i was charged... only 1 positive note was jay at front desk was very helpful and great service... but the fees was horrible i will never ever stay gere or recommend them to anyone... Also the bar was closed at adults pool rocks all around which i fell on and was looking for a shuttle to get back ti our room in the heat for an hour...

"Foreigner Concert "

We made reservations and contacted the resort to request rooms of two couples close together. When I checked in second, there was no mention that we had made request to be close together. I was told that the closest we could get was at least two buildings away. Trying to find out The menus at the restaurants on site was nearly impossible without taking a trip to the restaurant first. Their website did not have a full menu also. When trying to contact anyone at the resort, the phone call made took multiple minutes before receiving someone on the other line. I do believe that this resort due to the lack of parking close to anywhere other than maybe the rooms, needed to have a direct line to theshuttle service.. the shuttle personnel were very friendly and very helpful, but the phone call had to go through their normal phone system and the delays were unnecessary.
