Nice Rooms and good facilities.

The hotel is unbelievably understaffed. Trying to check out with questions about your incorrectly charged bill take over an hour. This is incredibly wasteful. Room not ready at 4pm

The front desk was great. They resolved a problem quickly and were attentive to our requests. The concierge desk was also very helpful. Unfortunately, the property is showing its age around the edges. The outdoor spaces could also stand to be a bit cleaner.

The Westin Rancho Mirage is one of the most incredible experiences you could ever have. It is a really relaxing, fun, and just amazing resort. Here are the details: Activities: The Westin offers great golf, family or friend fishing, waterslides, an arcade, and much much more. It is not only a kid wonderland but also a really calming vacation spot. Pool: What is really remarkable about the Westin is the pool. It has two long, big, and fun waterslides that , once you go in, you will never get off. It also has two hot tubs, one big pool, a sun gear station, a restaurant, close bathrooms, and shady seating. Adult Pool: A calming experience for anyone who wants time to themselves or to chill and hand out with friends. Rooms: The Westin is a resort which means it isn’t one building, there are many buildings. The rooms are so spacious offering a safe to store your valuables and a clean restroom. The beds are really soft too for restful sleeping!! Food: The Westin’s food is great!! It offers a buffet on the weekends and has amazing and delicious options!! Romantic and fun!! Fishing Details: If you want family or friend fishing fun then the Westin is the place to go. They don’t offer it everyday but when they do you will fish for the entire fishing period. This resort is just beautiful. It is huge and very walkable…but golf cart rides are available and very convenient and nice when not in mood to walk. The adult pool is quiet and laid back. Great bar/drinks at the pool too. Best bartenders…very nice and upbeat! Room service food yummy and delivered very quickly. Enjoyed the gift shop with Starbucks. Nice art throughout. Ground impeccably maintained. Staff was the best!!

This is principally a golf resort located five minutes drive south of the Interstate 10. We spent three nights to attend a kids golf tournament. Our room was adequate but a bit tired. We were in a second floor room with a partial golf course view; there was no elevator. The big main pool had two great slides and is very family oriented. There was also a very quiet adult pool. There is a big game room, very popular with the kids, and a very nice fitness center. Service requests were handled quickly and responsively. The hotel also has conference facilities. The parking garage has EV chargers, including 4 Tesla chargers. Overall, this is a mid-range property with some nice amenities, is kid-friendly and not far from a great children’s museum and multiple restaurants in the immediate area.

Very niece hotel and great for family

Excellent Hotel with views of the Golf Course and meandering river and pools. Food and Staff were top notch. Only knock against it is the Security gates were unserviceable. They’d have the gates serviced only to have them stop working later that day. This was an ongoing issue during our six day stay.
