The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa

Marlene at the front desk is awesome. She's wonderful and a sweetheart. She had a big smile on her face and was very friendly plus helpful. I'll be coming back for sure because of her.

Overall good time. The staff were very nice, and my kid was kept entertained. Some parts of the hotel are run down but it's a fair trade compared to the overly crowded modern resorts. This has a cozier vibe, the layout of the property is easy to navigate, and the view of the mountains is great from the golf course. Having bowling and an arcade on site was a big hit with the kid. There's a prize vending machine and cotton candy machine. The two water slides are also different to keep things mixed up- one is open air and the other is closed and faster (and completely pitch black in the middle!)

James Toscano made our stay a true delight. Last minute changes lead Mom requiring an accessible room, the premise was at close to 95% capacity due to a local event. He was able to maneuver the request and provided a room on the 1st floor. He took the time to tour me around the lobby, point out the available amenities and provided a clear map to reach the room on the premises. There’s customer service & then there’s those who serve with kindness, patience, compassion and provide a hospitable experience, he was the latter. The room was large, the water was hot, the beer was cold and the wine was a dream. Great location, overall wonderful experience. Dios te Bendiga James!

Musty smelling, safe broken and no one answers the phone!!!! This is day one!!!! Walked half a mile from our room to the front desk to be told we should text instead of calling and speaking to a human being!!

Check In Process was very easy. Marlene was great. She was able to find us connecting rooms. This made all the difference, resulting in a great experience

Location was great. Room was good. Bed was nice. Spacious closet was a nice extra to have. Blackout drapes were appreciated. Staff throughout the property were very pleasant.

Paid parking is stupid. Why in the world do you charge guests every time they use the parking lot by their room!!! Multiple meetings off property, multiple charges...at a minimum, should be one charge for the whole day. Breakfast, at least continental style, should be included with the price of the room. Walkways in the building near the room seriously need a refresh, look extremely dated.

The Westin Rancho Mirage provided an outstanding experience from arrival. Staff made us feel immediately welcome. Marlene at the front desk informed us our room was not ready, consulted manager James, and secured an upgrade to the presidential suite. This surprise elevated our trip significantly. The suite proved enormous, featuring two bathrooms and luxurious amenities, ideal for our extended time indoors during the rainy weekend. Views of the beautiful golf course enhanced the ambiance. Grounds maintained impeccable standards throughout. The arcade delivered entertainment with numerous games. Food options rated pretty good, though selection remained limited. A downside occurred when the ticket prize machine malfunctioned, resulting in lost tickets, and bowling lanes failed on the rainy day. Breakfast buffet excelled, complimentary via Bonvoy elite status, offering abundant selections. This property sets a high bar for hospitality and comfort
