"Second stay not as nice as the first"

I booked a second stay as my first stay the previous month was perfect. This time the noise coming from the bathroom vent was a continuous high level with no off switch. Surely the cleaning lady would notify management of this (room 112). The beds are comfortable; the room was clean and the Irish lady on reception was just lovely. There is also a pleasant space in reception you can sit and do business with fresh water, tea and coffee.

"Central location but poor quality."

Central location.

Low quality. It's had a paint job but doesn't mask the mouldy tiles in shower, poor quality fittings (e.g. broken slats on wardrobe doors, filthy balcony chairs that you can't sit on). Dirty skirting in bathrooms, clearly not cleaned. Undersized AC units for the rooms. Expensive for a very poor quality.
