The hotel really spoilt us and we’re so extremely grateful. Had been traveling through the States and this was towards the end of our trip. It was also my hubby’s significant birthday and they upgraded our room and gave a few birthday surprises. So kind! Great location. Beautiful hotel, comfy beds, excellent staff at reception. Hotel has an elegant vibe and great view over city hall. We loved Pasadena.

Included breakfast a little odd, you simply get a credit towards the Al a carte menu. We mistakenly thought breakfast would be a buffet.

This is just a great location in Pasadena. They have a fun wine Wednesday out on their courtyard. Great food and great music. The service was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff for making a memorable stay for me.

Initially, we faced some disappointing issues with our check-in process and room condition that really dampened our special occasion. However, everything turned around thanks to Roman Navarrete, the Front Office Supervisor. As soon as we reached out to him, he took full ownership of the situation. He was incredibly professional, empathetic, and efficient. Roman went above and beyond to address our concerns, personally ensuring we were moved to a much better room with a balcony and arranging a lovely birthday amenity for my wife.
