The bath/ shower plumbing in Rm 319 is dreadful. The knobs for the faucet barely funtions The coffee machine is awful. Almost impossible to boil water for tea without sputtering steam overflowing

We were excited to take a great night sleep after booking at Westin Pasadena. We loved our stays in Westin in South Coast and Westin Sacramento from the heavenly bed experience. Unfortunately, our experience in Pasadena was subpar. This Westin is, not like the other Westin, using cheaper brands, even the toilet paper are so thin. This hotel is below standard of a Westin.

I had a wonderful stay at the Westin Pasadena, and what truly stood out was the exceptional staff and service. From check-in to departure, everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely focused on making the stay comfortable and seamless. The gym deserves special mention—very well done and thoughtfully equipped. It’s one of the better hotel fitness centers I’ve used, perfect for keeping up with workouts while traveling. The hotel is well-located, comfortable, and lives up to the Westin brand in terms of quality and consistency. Overall, a great experience and a property I would happily return to when staying in Pasadena. Highly recommended.
