Cheap beds and pillows-not comfortable, they advertised breakfast on Booking.com but didn't provide any breakfast

The bed was comfortable, and I had enough room to feel at home

No wash rags in the bathroom. Television was blurry. Someone in a nearby room was arguing with another person at 2 am. No breakfast was offered.

I liked that the bed was pretty comfortable

The carpets had stains and weren't clean, there was black mold in the shower and no cover in the light so i could just stare into the ceiling. Also my charger fell out of every single plug and some didn't even work. There's hard water build up in the sink and on the shower head.

Didn't have breakfast , not offered . The staff was friendly at check in. Wasn't available at check out. Bed was fairly comfortable.

Room didn't have any wash cloths and only 1 handtowel. We had to use the handtowel to wash with. The shower wasn't working properly. My husband had to work on it to get it to work so we could shower. The rooms could use some updating.

The bed was OK.

The staff doesn't speak English worth a damn and I couldn't understand her and she made no effort to understand me; there wasn't other staff who could speak English that I noted; then she hung up on me when I was just trying ask how to find the hotel since my GPS wasn't working right. This place is a dump and should be condemned and torn down; absolutely nothing has obviously been upgraded in decades. The curtains hang literally on the heater / A/C. The refrigerator in my room sounded louder than a car with it's engine running. There is no continental breakfast or anything else. The TV remove didn't work right and was very confusing. I stayed three nights, almost leaving for another hotel on day one, but per a fast trip involving multiple hotels, there was no time and I would have lost my money; fortunately, I was gone during two full days. I couldn't get the hell out of here fast enough. I would have been better off sleeping in my car; I will never stay here or in a place like this ever again. Considering everything, this place was a rip off; should have been free. Most hotels are so much better; can I give them 'zero' stars?
