The walls had cracks and they were patched not painted!

Our room was nice...clean, large, and quite comfortable. However, the door to our room didnt easily accept my key, even after the front desk person explained what I needed to do to make it work well. Then the next morning the elevator was out of order, and the continental breakfast was largely unstocked until someone asked for a replenishment. Oh yes, the motel didnt seem to have it's own wifi, and the internet service wasnt very great.

Elevator not working properly. Only one set up towels, When are requested an additional set only a bath towel was available.

Although this hotel is cheap, you still don't get your money's worth. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Outdated furniture, horrible service, disgusting rooms and uncomfortable environment. Don't waste your time.

My first and maybe last time visiting this hotel. You can tell the house keepers don't do their job thoroughly. I always check the bed sheets and bed for bugs and I noticed some trash on the floor at the head of the bed that included a pair of nasty, dirty mens underwear. That was real disgusting!

The hotel was good, but your service wasnt! I booked a room with 2 beds in smoking room but you told the hotel i wanted 1 bed and non smoking so I to call you and waste an hour of my time to fix your mistake. I've already uninstalled your app and i will never use your service again!

Clean and very good area. When checking in there is bulletproof glass at the front desk, but the hotel is very safe. Lots of security so u dont ever feel uncomfortable, even coming back at 2 or 3am. Lots of places near the hotel to grab a bite to eat. Its one street away from 80/94..so very convenient for out-of-towners.

I tried calling multiple times about my booking and they kept hanging up on me. However, my daughter left some toys in the room and they did contact me and kept them at the desk for me. The room was OK, basic bed tv microwave and refrigerator.

I think this is one of the best hotels in Minnesota

Loud music, the smell of pot, place looks dirty, sliding door cards are inconsistent, and poor staff management. Stay here if you don't mind it, move on if you do.
