TV didn't work, lights didn't work, nobody answers the phone and we got stuck in the elevator when it broke down upon trying to check out. Would not recommend.

Staff was rude and disrespectful. Hotel needs a serious upgrade, it has a smell and look that soap and water just won't cover. Ice maker had ants in it. Don't go there no matter how cheap it is!!!! UGH

Horribly dirty carpets with MOLD!!!!! They run it like a socialist government, very uncomfortable, VERY CONTROLLING ENVIRONMENT!!!!! Do's & Don't signs everywhere. beds sag terribly bad, unfinished constriction work in bathroom, doors have problems, only 1 towel for 2 people. I will most likely never stay there again, not the type of hotel you want on your list of choices.

This is a good place for an overnight stop south of Chicago. It's very easy to get off and back on I-94 at this location. As always,"you get what you pay for" so don't opt for a low price and then expect to get a luxury hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. I don't really care if the furniture and fixtures are a little outdated. I'm looking for a low cost hotel, not a fancy hotel. It's not in a great neighborhood, so expect security glass at the desk, security cameras in key locations and lots of outdoor lighting. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I was there, the clientele was about as ethnically diverse as possible. The breakfast was just OK, nothing special, and the breakfast area got a little messy but it's a large hotel with lots of guests and a small breakfast area. The staff was doing the best they could to squeeze through the crowd to keep things restocked and cleaned up. I took my breakfast back up to the room to eat.

Contential breakfast was worse ever seen. Only 2 bagels & 3 muffins were avail.

Disgusting, broken hair dryer, holes in the wall. Collapsed drywall. Tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The outlet Jack for the TV and lamp was covered in nasty caked on black stuff Overall easily the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life

Very clean and comfortable, especially for the price. Short Uber to the Metra station to get to downtown Chicago.

Room was clean, but the toilet paper smelled awful. Even fresh out the wrapping. Maybe need to consider where it's being stored.

WORST PLACE WE EVER STAYED IN. TERRIBLE NO HELP FROM FRONT DESK A REAL FOREIGN NERD. YEAR OLD CEREAL AND BABY STALE MUFFINS. IT COULDN'T BE MUCH WORSE. YOU ALL SHOULD GET RID IF THIS RAT HOLE, AMEN

Awful experience and bad room, service and disrespectful. Marketing aomething and the reality is different. Overall, dont ever book this hotel and thru expedia notatall
